The most challenging stage of product development is the risk management; whereby the engineering are facing to eliminate and/or reduce the risk on the product/process. FMEA is aimed to outline all the steps to carry out the evaluation and the analysis to trigger the task for which the risk is high.
This training course is aimed to outline the fundamental of FMEA requirements to the engineers, managers and end user of product/process development and improvement. Outlining the fundamental steps for functional safety with the basic risk calculation of probability failure.
Participants will have an opportunity to develop the risk matrix, complete FMEA documents and identify the functions of the provided risk measurement tools.
Key benefits of attending this workshop
- IMPROVE the quality, reliability and safety of the evaluated product/processes
- REDUCE product redevelopment timing and cost
- DOCUMENT and track actions taken to reduce risk
- AID in the development of robust design verification plans
- HELP engineering prioritize and focus on eliminating/reducing product and process concerns and/or help prevent problems from occurring
- IMPROVE customers & consumer satisfaction
Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at engineers, designers, safety regulatory managers, site/plant managers and process/ system auditors involved in calculating or verifying the performance of new or existing product and process involved with
- Product design
- Product/design assurance
Across the heavy industry
Why you should Attend?
This is a fast paced, highly interactive and activity packed workshop that will open your eyes to the FAILURE MODE EFFECT ANALYSIS.
Furthermore, you will learn international standards and requirements for performing FMEA methodology, settle more confidently into your own ‘comfort zone’ as an engineer, manager, safety controller and quality manager.
You will know how to respond to and manage risks, system prevention, human errors, harnessing system functional safety and asset integration from design to integration to your organization.
You will be able to come up with your own version of a systematic approach for your continuous learning and improvement about the subject and undergo important self-discovery, situational understanding and some important perception shifts that will help you think differently about the way people interact, learn and grow together.
