The most challenging stage of product development is the risk management; whereby the engineering are facing to eliminate and/or reduce the risk on the product/process. FMEA is aimed to outline all the steps to carry out the evaluation and the analysis to trigger the task for which the risk is high.

This training course is aimed to outline the fundamental of FMEA requirements to the engineers, managers and end user of product/process development and improvement. Outlining the fundamental steps for functional safety with the basic risk calculation of probability failure.
