The organizational design & high performance organization workshop is part of Derek Hendrikz’s strategic leadership series aiming to capacitate executives, board members, EXCO teams, senior and middle managers to assist strategically in the creation or reengineering of a company or organizational system.
The workshop is based on three design pillars, namely structure, culture and systems, which are the foundational blocks for any organizational design process. Then there are the execution skills, namely strategy, change management, process design and project management fundamentals, which are the skills needed for the people who will drive such design process.
The primary outcome of any organizational design process will be to create an organizational system that provides the capacity to efficiently and effectively enable its mission and sustains itself over a long term.
